General
What is FlyVisto?
FlyVisto is a digital travel platform that manages every step of a journey in one account: visa applications and appointment tracking, flights, hotels, transfers, activities, eSIM, VIP lounges and travel health insurance.
Who operates FlyVisto?
FlyVisto is developed and operated by AFINITEM LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The contracting party is the same company in every legal document. Company details
Does an account cost anything?
No. Opening an account, browsing country guides and building your application route are free. You only pay for a service or package you buy, and you see the amount before paying.
Which languages is the platform available in?
The interface is available in 15 languages: Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Hindi, Chinese and Azerbaijani.
Visa applications and appointments
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No. The visa decision belongs solely to the relevant country's consulate. FlyVisto helps you prepare your file, gather the required documents and rehearse the interview; it guarantees no approval, produces no approval probability and claims no success rate.
Which countries can I prepare an application for?
Application routes are defined for six country groups: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, India, China and the Schengen countries. Each group has its own visa types, and the type you choose must belong to that group. Browse countries
How is my application route built?
You enter your destination country, visa type and travel purpose, and the system builds a step-by-step preparation route and document checklist from that. The exact document list can vary with your travel purpose, passport type and the authority's current rules.
How does appointment tracking work?
You create a watch for the country and visa centre you care about, and you receive an alert when an available appointment is observed. FlyVisto does not book appointments on your behalf and promises no appointment within any period; it reports what was observed.
Do I have to share my consulate appointment account password?
No. FlyVisto never asks for, stores or uses the username and password of your consulate or visa centre account, and never signs in to those systems on your behalf. If you receive such a request, it did not come from FlyVisto.
AI tools
Which AI tools are available?
There are five: letter of intent drafting, travel itinerary building, visa refusal analysis, US visa interview practice and the visa assistant chat. All of them produce drafts and preparation material. AI tools
How reliable is the AI output?
The output is advisory and should always be reviewed. The system does not invent information it was not given, does not predict a visa outcome and gives no legal advice; where a topic needs current information it states clearly what could not be verified. Every text it produces is editable.
Are my documents sent to the AI?
Only the data needed for the action you started is processed — for example, a refusal letter is read when you ask for it to be analysed. What reaches the prompt is minimised, sensitive fields are kept out of ordinary logs, and no result is sent anywhere without your confirmation.
Does the interview simulator use my camera?
No. Interview practice is entirely synthetic: no camera footage is recorded, and no emotion inference or biometric analysis is performed. The officer character on screen is not a real consular officer, and the practice result has no effect on your actual application.
Travel services
Which travel services can I buy?
Flight tickets, hotels and accommodation, airport transfers, tours and activities, travel health insurance, travel eSIM, airport VIP lounge access, travel VPN and the FlyVisto Money Card.
Are the bookings real?
Yes. Bookings and tickets are created as real records through contracted providers. If a service is running in a test environment you will see an explicit notice saying so on screen; a result that is not live is never presented as if it were.
Can I buy travel health insurance for a visa application?
Yes. Enter your travel dates and destination to get a travel health insurance quote, and keep the policy in the same account as your visa file. Coverage depends on the package you choose and the provider's policy terms.
How does the eSIM work?
You choose a data package for your destination country; once the purchase completes, the activation details appear in your account and install on your phone as an eSIM. Your device must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked.
Payment and refunds
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments are taken by credit or debit card through contracted payment providers, and card verification happens with 3D Secure on the provider's own page. Amounts are always shown in full, in your selected currency, before you pay.
Does FlyVisto store my card details?
No. Card numbers and CVV are never collected or stored on any FlyVisto screen; you enter them directly on the payment provider's secure page. FlyVisto only sees the result of the transaction.
What are the refund terms?
Refund terms depend on the service; for flights, hotels and activities the provider's own cancellation rules apply. For the detailed terms: Cancellation and refund terms
Where can I see what I bought?
The purchases section of your account lists every order with its amount and status. Documents such as tickets, policies and vouchers can be downloaded from the same place.
Data and security
How is my personal data protected?
Passport, financial and travel data are treated as sensitive. Documents are held in an encrypted vault, uploaded files are scanned for malware, sensitive fields are kept out of ordinary logs, and sensitive views on the admin side are written to an audit log. For details: Privacy policy
Can I delete my account and my data?
Yes. You can raise a data access or deletion request from your account settings. Records subject to a legal retention obligation — invoices and payment records, for example — are kept for the required period; everything else is removed on request.
Is my data shared with third parties?
Only the data required to fulfil the service you bought is shared with the relevant provider — a passenger name for a flight booking, for example. Which data is shared for which purpose is listed here: Data sharing
Which cookies are used?
Beyond strictly necessary cookies such as session and language preference, cookies run only with your consent, and you can change that preference at any time. For the full list: Cookie policy
